Heathrow airport: take M25 until J10. Take A3 south of Guildford, at Milford turning take A286 to Midhurst and Chichester

Gatwick airport: take M23 towards Brighton until J11. Turn right on to A264 towards Horsham, then A24 towards Worthing, then A27 for Chichester. There is a direct train from Gatwick to Chichester.
