Each room has its own washbasin but does NOT have a shower/wc. The rooms also have bath robes, T.V., radio, hospitality tray, hot water bottles, and books to read . All our mattresses are cleaned and 'sanitised' by the Mattress Doctor.

Large Double Room
A large room with Super-Kingsize (7ft square) double bed which can be converted into twin beds. The room has air conditioning and the windows are triple glazed as it is on the street side of the house.

Fresh flowers in all the rooms; duvets on beds unless you request blankets.

Double Room
In this room you sleep on a Victorian brass double bedstead and could walk out on the balcony to have breakfast shaded by a magnolia tree. More suitable for those under six foot tall.

Twin/Double Room

Bathroom & Shower Room

Our rooms do not have the often too small en suite facilities; But on the same floor there is a separate wc, a bathroom with wc and bidet, and a shower room, so you can comfortably wallow in a large bath or wave your arms in an equally large shower. Bath robes are provided.

Breakfast Room
Full English or Continental breakfast (with home made jams and freshly baked bread) are served in the conservatory or, weather permitting, in the garden.
